Returns

Projection Heaven offers an easy returns service providing you with complete peace of mind and all our products come with a minimum of a 1 year warranty (except projector lamps). In the event of any returns please call us on 020 7131 0287 or email us to arrange the return and obtain the correct return address for your product.

When returning any package you must ensure all items are properly packaged and boxed prior to return as any damaged products can not be accepted. The customer must pay for any return shipping charges. Only packages returned in mint condition with all packaging can be refunded.

Returns (Non Faulty Items)

n the event that the customer arranges to return items which are not faulty, the customer is responsible for the bearing the cost of the return back to Projection Heaven. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the unit is returned securely, safely and in new condition. The unit must be returned in appropriate protective outer packaging to ensure its safe arrival back to Personal Projector as the customer is responsible for any damage caused to the unit before its return. Any items received in non-new condition may be refused for return or may be subject to a restock fee at Personal Projector’s discretion.

All non faulty projector screens are subject to a restocking charge if the wrong size has been ordered. The customer must pay the collection charge which will start from £15 upwards dependent on the size of the projector screen. Please note on screens over 3m in width the collection charges become quite expensive so please be sure to check with us if you need any guidance before ordering and we will be happy to help.

When returning a projector we would ask that no longer than 6 hours have been exceeded on the light source timer, if this has been exceeded, a restocking charge will be applied.

You have 14 days to apply for a refund (if the goods are faulty see below). Once you have emailed Projection Heaven and notified us of your return you have 14 working days to return the product. If outside of this period we reserve the right to refuse the goods without refund or to charge a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. You can either arrange a free exchange for another product or request a refund. Only one exchange can be made per customer per order. After 14 days, returns will only be accepted in the event the goods are faulty. Goods that are returned for repair around the Christmas holidays may incur an extra two weeks processing time due to holidays.

Returning (Faulty Items)

Most products come with a 12 month warranty and some products come with a longer warranty (up to 5 years). Any products must be used only with the original accessories to avoid invalidating the warranty.

If the product is within the warranty period please contact us on020 7131 0287. We will inform you where the goods need to be returned so the repair can be arranged. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 24 hours of delivery - claims may not be accepted after this time. Please note, in cases of claiming for damage the product and the packaging must be retained for inspection, otherwise this may invalidate any claim submitted.

Items returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded. If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner or without pristine packaging, Projection Heaven, at its discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or Projection Heaven can choose to charge a restocking fee of 25%. Please check you have returned all items such as manuals, cables, etc.

Please call or email us directly before sending any goods back to obtain a returns reference number, without this there could be a delay in dealing with your return request.
